Kale Microgreen

Kale Microgreens are a slender microgreen with bright green leaves and slim ranging from purple to red to red-pink.  These Microgreens have a fresh sweet, and nutty flavor with herbal, earthy, peppery and vegetal nuances.  Best when tossed into salads, used as a bed of greens for seafood or piled over egg-based dishes.  Great addition to grain bowls and stir-fries.  Perfect layered into sandwiches and burgers.
