Swiss Chard Rainbow

Swiss Chard has a mild flavor almost similar to spinach.  It is mildly salty and has a earthy flavor.  Rainbow Swiss Chard  has colors varying of green, yellow and magenta.  Swiss Chard Microgreens are an excellent addition and looks great on fish, chicken or meat.
